Important note:
To activate the new two-factor authentication app, download the FortiToken Mobile app from the app store to your mobile phone, then carefully follow the instructions below to correctly activate the app:

Activation Instructions:

1. Visit the website https://mfa.ksu.edu.sa from your computer and log in with your account credentials.
2. Click on the FortiToken button, then select "Mobile," and click "Scan QR code," followed by pressing "OK."
3. On the FortiToken app on your phone, select "Scan barcode" and scan the code displayed on the computer.
4. Once the activation is complete, you will receive a notification via the app when attempting to use any service that requires verification. Click "Approve."
5. Make sure to enable app notifications on your phone, as the app will not work without them.
6. Ensure your phone's time is set to automatic; notifications will not be accepted if the time is incorrect.

For Huawei phone users, we recommend downloading the Gbox intermediary store. Then, through the Google Store visible within the Gbox, search for the FortiToken app.
