Two-factor authentication has been applied for the KSU mail to ensure the safety of your accounts and apply the highest levels of protection and security
Please be sure of the following:
- Your credentials are valid
- Verify your linked mobile number is correct
- When entering the username and password, you will receive a call (Two-factor authentication) once the call is answered please press # to approve.
- For your information, verification calls will be received from the following international numbers only, please make sure that the following numbers are not blocked:

To unblock numbers (for the iPhone system IOS): go to Settings, then Phone, then Block List, and then unblock the numbers mentioned above.
To unblock numbers (for Android system): go to contacts, then press the dots at the top of the screen to enter the settings, settings, and then the block list, and then the blocking of the above-mentioned numbers will be canceled.
After approval of the incoming call by pressing the # sign, you will be redirected to email automatically as usual.
You can easily use the Microsoft Authenticator app instead of the verification call by following the instructions
In case of deletion of the Authenticator app or change the mobile, you must re-activate the application again.
